Starting things off.

Hey guys, just want to share something I ate yesterday. It was a Vietnamese dish called Pho. I've eaten this since I was born, but many of you don't know about it. The dish is pretty much hot beef broth and thick, squared noodles. What's so special you say? The variety of pho. Pho is like folk. Every ones' story is different. The variety continues with what you have in you pho. Sliced raw beef? Chicken pho? Beansprout heavy? Herb heavy? Sauce heavy? A balance? The taste itself is magical-between unicorn droppings and sex. So if you find a Vietnamese restaurant nearby, please do yourself a favor, get some pho.
